We take precise laser measurements of every window opening to ensure a custom fit.
Removal & Sill Check
Surgical extraction of old window frames, dry rot check, and sill repair.
Plumb & Level Setting
Windows are set with shims, leveled on three axes, and anchored to the structural frame.
Thermal Foam Sealing
Expanding foam is injected around the perimeter, followed by exterior flashing and trim.
Calibration & Clean
Testing sash movement, locks, cleaning the glass, and sealing borders.
